Sometimes its just not the perfect fit, no matter how hard we try. Should any of our community feel that our clothing is inadequate, poor fitting, or simply just not to their liking, they have the total ability to return those items for a full refund or store credit.
If you're not thrilled with your Adaptt apparel and looking to make a return or exchange, breathe easy. Subject to the terms and conditions below, for purchases made within 30 days, you can return or exchange it. Returns can be made online by mail. Please get in touch via email or phone to speak with one of team members regarding return shipping labels.
Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, if applicable, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We’re happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided all the above criteria is met.
Refunds will only be applied to the original form of card payment, to an Adaptt gift card, or in accordance with applicable local laws.
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Adaptt's discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our community. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. If we choose to provide a refund beyond 30 days or in the event there is no proof of purchase, refunds will be applied to an Adaptt gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
In some circumstances our online team members may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes. Adaptt's practices relating to collection, use, and sharing of such personal information are further detailed in our PRIVACY POLICY.
